Isaac Wasik of San Andreas feels the positive vibrations!

Fast becoming a melting pot of musical styles, Murphys now hosts a monthly reggae dance event! The “Growler” Craft Brewery has now established a “Third Saturday Reggae Dancehall!” One of the visitors to the Dancehall, Isaac Wasik, (seen below), describes the experience. “ I’m just starting to get into reggae. As far as I can feel, it’s one of the easiest dance musics around. You just get that nice bass groove goin’ and everything’s slow and easy, and rhythmic. And you can just feel it! It comes naturally!” DJ/Selecta Reggae Ambassador Tim Chisholm, (also seen below), elaborates. “Basically, I’m spinning a lot of music coming out of the Virgin Islands. There are a lot of stars coming out of Jamaica, but the Virgin Island sound is good right now! There are a lot of new, young artists coming out of Trinidad!” Next Reggae Dancehall is Saturday, November 15th. No cover charge!
