A Rockin’ Rotary Barbecue!
Sometimes, life is a cake walk!

Twain Harte’s Eproson Park Ball Field rocked Saturday night, August 16th, to the sounds of the Silvermoon Allstars, as they performed a wide spectrum of classic rock & roll; from the Everly Brothers to Eric Burdon and the Animals; from the Rolling Stones to the Georgia Satellites – among many others! Returning to Twain Harte for their 14th year, the Allstars (a power-packed, two drummer band), quickly got the hundreds in attendance clapping their hands, or up and dancing! The special event actually started with the Twain Harte Rotary Club’s Annual Deep Pit Barbecue (the meat was slow- roasted for 14 hours and absolutely delicious!) There also was an exciting cakewalk, and a silent auction. Proceeds from the event will help fund scholarships, and other Rotary programs.
The Silvermoon Allstars perform in stellar fashion and, in no time, everyone is up and dancing!
The community feasts, and the community benefits!
